Peach and Pops of Orange Wedding at Hangar 21 South

A tap on the shoulder turned Drew around to face his beautiful bride, Jen, on the morning of their wedding day at Hagar 21 South. Their eyes met for their first look and smiles immediately filled their faces. Sweet compliments were shared in an emotional exchange, then the couple was joined by their bridesmaids and groomsmen for group pictures. The bridesmaids were dressed in shades of green and the groomsmen wore black. Together, they all smiled for the camera capturing unforgettable moments, then lined up for the ceremony.

Guests signed Jen and Drew’s guest book and took a seat on the side patio. Peach, light pink, white, and orange flowers were arranged along the aisle and matching floral pillars stood tall on the stage. Once everyone was in attendance, the wedding party made their entrances ending with Jen. In front of all their closest friends and family, the bride and groom read handwritten vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss.

Filet and Wild Mushroom Wellingtons, Caprese Skewers, and Grilled Baby Lamb Chops made their rounds on the tarmac while the bar served up the newlywed’s signature drinks, a Gimlet and Dirty Martini. Everyone mixed and mingled while the bride and groom enjoyed their helicopter flight over Orange County. Upon their return, everyone was seated for reception.

Tables were topped with fresh floral centerpieces, candles, and printed menus. Jen and Drew made their grand entrance to an uproar of cheers, shared their first dance, then took a seat at their floral-filled sweetheart table. Ensalada Las Mesas was served as the first course while friends and family shared toasts. Cabernet Braised Short Ribs and Grilled Mahi Mahi with Heirloom Carrots and Gourmet Mashed Potatoes followed the salad course. The dinner menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our event specialist, Arielle. After dinner, the couple cut into their wedding cake and invited their guests to indulge in our Taste of Asia Dessert Station with a collection of Yuzu-Mango Tarts, Ube Crinkle Cookies, Pandan Cupcakes, Café Sua Da Macarons, and Golden Milk Flan with Chai Whipped Cream. The evening end with everyone out on the dance floor showing off their best moves and sharing their well wishes with Jen and Drew.
